I plan on making some money with my SFG
I have been using a 3 x 6 SFG for rooting cuttings, the Mel's Mix that I made is great for the cuttings to root in. I have been taking cuttings and divisions from my SFG herb garden, and from the flowers.
I've potted some of them up. In Feb. I will take them to the local herb and garden show and sell them. I may have a booth at the local Oct. Fest and sell some there also.
i could have had a booth at the Farmers Market, but I was busy on the days they had it, maybe next year.
I plan on borrowing my Mom's little green house to put the plants in till Feb. get's here, and I think I'll start some plants from seeds to sell also.
The herbs should sell easy at the herb and garden show, I made small herb hanging baskets, each has 3 herbs in it.
All the plants cost me nothing since I divided them or rooted them from cuttings. Some of the pots I have collected from people who save them for me.

We also did this whilst we homeschooled: 11yr.young Kiddo planted Aloe, Parsley, African violets, Geraniums, etc. & earned $9, & $14 at 2 sales.
