Given that Ottawa is starting September with the coldest temperatures on record (i.e., since they started taking temperature readings), I have chosen an avatar to match those conditions. I'll probably change it to a harvest avatar in a few days. Very Happy

TD, The garden harvest that would! Hope you get some Canadian crookneck before it freezes. My first year, 2013, I planted winter squash thinking that they grow in winter. Embarassed

I will probably change this several times this month. I am so thrilled to have a harvest at all after this brutal summer. Shocked

This is definitely "the year of the cucumber" around here. I have 2 more just like these ready to pick as soon as we eat these two. We'll be cutting into the cantaloupe later today. Fingers crossed. geek

Absolutely no laughing. Small potatoes are much better for us than large ones.
