Shading my plants
We've finally gotten around to putting a frame up for shade using PVC pipes from corner to corner in my boxes. I bought some burlap to use to go over the frame. Any ideas on what to use to attach the burlap to the PVC?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Use sandwich twist ties. I've tried pins and others but long twist ties are the easiest to manipulate when assembling and take off when winds get high. I drilled holes in the PVC pipe to stick the twist ties through.

Tracy they may clips just for attaching fabric to PVC if you can find them. You can also get spring clips at Home Depot that will work. The will be in the tool department. Be careful with the burlap as if may shade the plants to much and stunt their growth. I had some 70% shade cloth over some tomatoe plants and about killed them from lack of sunlights. Northhaven gardens recommends 40-45% shade cloth.

Re: Shading my plants
Well it turns out that my husband has hundreds of zip ties so that's what we went with. Thanks everyone for your help!
