My cauliflower are getting out of hand with no fruit except one, should I pull the plant or can I trim the outside edges? It hs been warm but I don't want to just give up on them being so big and beautiful...

Trim some and eat. Those leaves are similiar to collards. Just leave enough to cover over your cauliflower heads to keep them white. The plant will put out some sort of head before it bolts.

Cheyanne, you could eat part of the leaves, but, I'd go ahead and pull the leaves over the head area and tie loosely maybe with some string.
You might plant some lettuce around the plants. Might be too much nitrogen in soil, lettuce would pull the nitrogen and cool the soil too.
We need some pics! My cauliflower was so small, I could have planted 2 per square. We need your receipe!
