Thanks Rooster! Happy Mother's Day to Mrs. Rooster, too!
And Happy Mother's Day to all the other moms of the forum!
My boys treated me to a wonderful gift:
They're intended for bonsai pruning, but perfect for pruning smaller plants & leaves as well as harvesting smaller veggies, and has non-slip handles. I tried them out and they cut so smoothly it's unbelievable.
My husband built me a raised flower bed near my SFG. We'll fill it after payday and get the flowers planted. The boys are so excited to start the first flower garden!

Re: HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
Thank you, Rooster! An enjoyable low-key day here. Hope all the moms out there had a great day!
Re: HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
Hope everyone had a great Mother's Day !
I was made croissants and cinnamon buns for breakfast ( both burnt) and I was up hrs before anyone so had to make my own cup of tea. LOL
The dog gave me a card then proceeded to eat it. He loves opening cards.
I then had a lovely morning as hubby and my 18 year old went to the pub to watch soccer. I planted my tomatoes, my peppers and strawberries. I tended to my potatoes which are growing at a pace too fast for me to keep up!
Lunch out and then an evening by myself again which was heaven !
