How Much Verm, Compost, Peat Moss for One Box?

I just realized I left my SFG book at my daughter's house, 4 hours away. I'm late getting this garden going and I want to go tonight to get the soil mix so I can get started planting tomorrow. My local Lowe's has Mel's Mix (called "Garden Time" by them) on order but they don't know when it will be here--some time in the next 2 weeks, and I don't want to wait that long. OSH has 2 cf bags of coarse vermiculite so I'll go with that; can't find any larger bags around.

Since I don't have my book, can someone please remind me of how much of each item I need to fill one 4X4 box? (the sides are 8" but I suppose it doesn't matter if I just fill them 6", right? Will they look nicer filled?) Is it 2.5 cubic feet of vermiculite, 2.5 of peat moss, and 2.5 of compost (a mixture)? If I want to fill the 8" high boxes how much more will I need?

3+cf for 6 inches, 4+cf for 8 inches, allows for some settling
