So, I've already started to harvest my first batch of radishes and I was considering starting a new batch. Would it be okay to sow in the same square that I'm harvesting from?

Yes, unless you were planning to plant something else there.

I wasn't. I figure that as I harvest I can dress the area then reseed to keep the radish supply up and running.

You should be able to do that until it gets to warm for the radishes. Very Happy If you plant a few seeds every few days that will keep a steady supply.

This year, I have four squares for radishes have started planting them ~2 weeks apart to give me a steady supply. Once I hit all four, I just throw in some compost and start over. I plant several items with a similar schedule; lettuce, carrots, scallions, etc.
