Newbie with chicken wire/trellis question
Hello from Minnesota!
I have my beds ready to go, 2 3x3s, soil in last week, waiting for the temperatures to be steady *sleet yesterday!!**. In one 3x3 bed, I want to put 3 tomatoes in the back row, other smaller plants in front of them. I have woods behind me and need to use the chicken wire cover or else every raccoon/rabbit/deer/critter will be in my plants. Does anyone have a good way to keep the tomatoes protected? I figured I can do a chicken wire cover over the front 2x3 section....but worried about my 'maters!
thanks!!!
Celeste

Pen in the whole set of beds perhaps giving enough room to get round the outsides if you can afford it..
