Hi!

Is anybody out there using square foot gardening, container or raised beds in or around Yangon or Taungyi? I'd love to pick your brain as to the availablity of compost and the like.

You will probably have to make your own and use perlite instead of vermiculite. Here are some pictures of what an orphanage in Puerto Princesa, Palawan Philippines is producing. Not square foot gardening but interesting.

There is a teacher in Puerto Princesa who is teaching organic gardening and these were from his techniques.
