Bummed over beans
Got four types of beans growing in an L - shape along the wall of my garden.
All have about 3 or 4 true leaves but my purple pod beans are dying off along one section and now the blue bush beans look like they are dying. The lowest leaves turn gray and crinkle up... then it seems to consume the rest of the plant.
Too much/little water?
Too much/little sun?

Sounds like there is a fungus among us. I'd guess powdery mildew.

They look a little yellow, is that true? maybe they need a little boost. do you have any compost left over you could topdress with around the plants ? how much are you watering? are you watering at the soil surface?

Bad camera colors - tried to correct. They are very green on top and compost is fresh blend that has been great to beans around the corner of my garden. They get watered at least once a day thoroughly

Re: Bummed over beans
hmmm, ok no yellow spotting... maybe hold the water for a day or two... see what happens, there appears to be some new growth coming on. You may want to remove the dead foliage in case it is a fungus or something you really do not want in the garden. Keep us posted.
