Cocoa in compost? Empty Cocoa in compost?

Am I correct in assuming that cocoa powder is ok to put in the compost pile? Also unused tea bags and old unused instant coffee grounds? I found a box with some very old cocoa, tea bags and instant coffee in it and just want to make sure it is ok to put in the compost pile.

How much compost do you currently have? And how much of those 3 items do you have? A few pounds of each in a 3ft by 3ft or 4ft by 4ft compost pile should have no problem breaking it down. Looked through my book on composting and it says organic sources are ok. So I would use them, but not, say for example 20 pounds of each. Hope this helps. And I Hope someone else chimes in.

Yes, I have put all those into my compost without a problem. What a Face

I have a large compost pile. One full with pallet sides and starting to add to a 2nd one. probably a couple of pounds of 100% cocoa, maybe 1 pound instant coffee and 30-40 bags of various teas. I know the used tae/coffee is ok, just wasn't sure on the new.
