Seeds of Change at Wal-Mart
I went to Wally World last night to pick up some cheap seed starting trays because lowes only had the ones with the dirt already in them. Anyway I was surprised to see seeds of change (not prominately) displayed but still there. They even have a couple of starting kits for different things. Anyway it saved me a little shipping. Thought that I would share so you could check your wally world.

I also bought some SEEDS OF CHANGE seeds from Wal-Mart. In addition to liking their seeds, I love their packaging with the resealable seed envelopes. I was really tickled that Wal-Mart carried this brand. Wal-Mart also has some heirloom seed from Burpee. I got a package of Burpee heirloom Nantes carrots for carrot week.

LOL I had JUST started an order and didn't submit it because I felt the shipping was too high! THANK YOU!
I have seen women looking at jewelry ads with a misty eye and one hand resting on the heart, and I only know what they're feeling because that's how I read the seed catalogs in January - Barbara Kingsolver - Animal, Vegetable, Miracle
Seeds of Change seeds at Lowes
I found Seeds of Change seeds at Lowes. I also love their resealable (zip lock) envelopes. Very cool - I used the 1st ones planting seeds today.

Re: Seeds of Change at Wal-Mart
I'm trying to understand these seeds. I picked up some bell pepper seeds and simpson lettuce. They both say they are "heirlooms." Does that mean I should be able to harvest the seeds and use them next year, or have they been modified somehow in a way that prevents that like some of the others?

Hi javaaddict!
I've not done seed saving....yet.
But, here is a great thread on Heirloom seeds where they are saying open pollinated heirlooms can be saved, but there are factors that affect like cross-polination, etc.

If you have time, try putting in some of those terms in the search box in the upper left, and you should get several threads on the topic.
