white beefsteak tomato
I purchase non traditional store bought colored veggies to encourage my kids to eat more of them. I was reading a post from Tomato Tuesday and saw a white beefsteak mentioned but didnt find a follow up on it. Can anyone give me any information about these? Do they still have the traditional tomato flavor? We tried purple Russian paste last year and were surprised by the smoky flavor in our sauces.

Re: white beefsteak tomato
My son had a white beefsteak last year and said it had a good flavor. His problem was deciding when it was ripe.

Re: white beefsteak tomato
I made a donation to the wintersown.org so I could get all 10 packets of seeds, one of my choices was the white beef steak, I am really looking forward to that ! I hope they do well.
