Hello from Southern California
Hello! From Orange county, California.
We got the SFG books and build the beds last year and I grew a couple things in them (or attempted at least), so this is going to be the first season that I attempt to grow things in every last inch.
This is a great forum and I can't wait to learn more

Re: Hello from Southern California
Welcome! If you used Mel's Mix last year all you have to do for this year is add a little compost to each square. Super easy.
Once you start, you know you can plant something every month? It will be an adventure. LOL. Send pics asap!
