Chickens almost blew away

Post  Theresa on 4/28/2011, 10:25 pm

They didn't fly away but almost blew away!
The chicken house has sat in that spot for 8 years and today the storm blew it over, the chickens just kept eating and didn't seem to care.

Oh dear. It'll be omelette for dinner then. Must be unflappable those chickens. I had this experience with a stable one time, I went to clean it out and all that was left was the concrete base. Fortunately I was only using that stable during the daytime.

Thankfully nobody was hurt. We saw on our news last night that over 300 people have been killed in these recent tornadoes. Yikes!
