Hurray!!!!.....silly me

Post  trustinhart on 7/26/2010, 10:16 pm

I harvested my first tomato today!!!. I think I plucked it too early, it's a BIG Beefsteak variety and it's no big beefsteak, but it is pretty and round with no blemishes, and it SMELLS LIKE A REAL TOMATO!!!! I'll put it in the window for a couple of days and see what happens. WOO HOO

Lol!! Caught out. Yes... though I'm just sitting here hoping for my back to feel a little better before going to bed. Glad to see you are keeping such a careful eye on me, Boffer. ;-)

It was delicious!!!!!!! Everyone got at least a taste , and we sliced a green one and it was awesome. This is just too much fun!!! Hope you guys are enjoying this as much as me. I'm planning my fall garden right now. My goal is to have as much as possible on my Thanksgiving table out of my SFG. doing my homework, definetly gonna need more boxes.

See ya!!
