Yay....harvested my first ever zuchinni (or as my san calls it...a cooking cucumber First Zuchninni!!! Icon_biggrin ) tonight....

(Sauteed with garlic, olive oil and fresh cracked black pepper)

(makes a nice side dish)

It was very tasty and there is another one almost ready!!

we serve zucchini blossoms at the restaurant, so it is a struggle to decide how many blossoms to pick (males) so that the females will have babies. We harvested our first zucchini yesterday, and will pick 3-4 more tomorrow! Yippee!
