Howdy Forum Members:

Mountainmaiden is new here. She lives in northern Vermont at the 1900 foot level and gets frost until June. Mountainmaden has used the old method of Square Foot Gardening and is now starting to garden in the ALL NEW way. So a hardy welcome to a new member of our family.

God Bless, Ward.

Mountainmaiden... I sure hope you're going to start some seeds inside so they'll be ready to go when spring finally comes your way.

Hi All
Thanks for the welcome. We are actually figuring that we can start a few seeds in the next two weeks to be ready as soon as the frosts let up. We are also ready to eat the lettuce we have grown inside this winter. We are starting some seeds hydroponically as well due to the fact that it is very difficult or near impossible to get a pepper or a red tomato up here. But we refuse to stop trying. We do have two boxes the old type that we have made into cold frames so that helps. Thank you so much for welcoming me and I am loving reading about all of the good things already coming up in all of your areas. I can't imagine a johnny jump up already. Thanks
