I am enjoying this year so much.
Thank you for this forum!
I have a new house and garden this year. My squash, pumpkin and melons have taken over and they are huge!
Any idea on my spagetti squash that is striped and light green but huge would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Snaw, Welcome to the Forum from central California!  glad you\'re here

First I noticed Temptations in the background.  You may like this thread:

Regarding the spaghetti squash, I think they are an accidental hybrid.  For the first time, out of the same package of spaghetti squash I have some that look like yours.  As they mature, they are turning orange instead of the normal yellow.  I won't save seeds as they are probably hybrids.  They are fully ready to harvest when the skin is really hard and their stems are dead looking or at least dying.

Normal SpSq this year from a different seed. I love gardening! Spaghe10

Weird hybrid SpSq this year. I love gardening! Spaghe11

Baby weird hybrid. I love gardening! Squash10

Hi Snaw. Sorry I'm a bit late to the party, but welcome from Atlanta, GA! Glad you've joined us!

I agree with Sanderson that you have some hybridizataion going on with the squash... Will be interesting to see what the inside looks like & how it tastes.
