Culantro (NOT cilantro) seeds. Do you have any?
Hey!
Does anyone happen to have Culantro (NOT cilantro) seeds they are willing to send me?
A friend and her husband are opening a restaurant in a few months and I'd LOVE to surprise her with fresh culantro.
I am going to help them plan a restaurant garden.

I have seen women looking at jewelry ads with a misty eye and one hand resting on the heart, and I only know what they're feeling because that's how I read the seed catalogs in January - Barbara Kingsolver - Animal, Vegetable, Miracle

Not yet... I sent you a PM
What cuisine is the restaurant? Mexican or Thai or...?
For others who come across this thread by way of looking for cilantro alternatives:
I've enjoyed Rau Ram (Persicaria odorata) as a summer alternative to cilantro, and as itself in Thai food, but it is only sold as plants -- not seeds -- as near as I can tell. My local farm market carries it because they know I'll buy at least two plants every year, but I've not seen it elsewhere. I've had success rooting cuttings for overwintering, and I've been able to have it survive frosts with cover... but I haven't managed to overwinter Rau Ram yet - the indoor cuttings get aphids/spider mites (spontaneously generated as near as I can tell... ) and it eventually gets too cold here for the plants outside.

It will be a Latino restaurant.
