Our garden in the Upstate SC
I posted this last night and it didn't get where I intended. Hope you all can see how we are doing in our third year. Now that our soil quality is there and our planning seems to be working well.

Such clean, nice, straight paths! Is it just mulch, or is there weed block underneath?

Re: Our garden in the Upstate SC
It is mulch. But under the mulch in each path we put two bags of leaves and some cow manure with bedding. Composting where we walk ! Later we will rake off the mulch and have organic materials to add to our beds.BeetlesPerSqFt wrote:Such clean, nice, straight paths! Is it just mulch, or is there weed block underneath?
