Marinated Chicken Empty Marinated Chicken

NOTE- This is a quick explanation of a recipe I was using and posted in another thread. Thankfully I was very nicely reminded to make sure it is here, not lost in thread where nobody can find it. Our moderators are great, this is another example of why this forum is so good.

I marinated the chicken for two days in a raspberry vinaigrette, chopped AND crushed garlic, about a half Tsp of onion powder, a TBSP of Grey Poupon course ground mustard, and some spices-thyme, sage.
I put foil on a large flat cookie sheet, lay the pieces of chicken out on it, put it in my outdoor BarBQ grill and close the lid. I turn on the two middle burners to their lowest setting and cook/bake for about 50 minutes. I turn the pieces over after about 30 minutes.
This works with skinless or with skin on the chicken.
