Californians need to distribution handouts for the Heirloom Exposition
I received this email from Baker Creek/Rare Seeds:
Please reply directly to info@theheirloomexpo.com or PM/email me. I will distribute to the LSD/Mormon Ladies Preparedness Society, the various Farmer Markets and small independent nurseries.
Don't Miss the Heirloom Expo
September 6-8
Santa rosa, CA
Join us at The National Heirloom Exposition, What began in 2011 as a celebration of pure food and sustainable living has become the world’s largest annual heritage food event. Thousands of people come from around the world to the Expo to celebrate traditional crops, foods, seeds and poultry. Featuring the largest display of heirloom produce and the world's leading experts on farming and gardening.
We need your help! We have 200,000 expo brochures that we need help passing out at farmers markets, garden clubs, church groups and other gatherings (especially in California). Could you help us pass a bundle out? If so, please email us at info@theheirloomexpo.com with your address, event info and how many you can pass out.

Bump. The exposition is right in our huge back yard!

I already lined up a friend to go check it out for me, since I can't get down there. It really sounds great.sanderson wrote:Bump. The exposition is right in our huge back yard!

I may not have been very clear. This call for volunteers is for handing out flyers within one's own community. Library, Farmer Markets, family-owned nurseries, Preparedness groups, Master Gardens, etc. There is a second call for volunteers at the Exhibition, but that is something different and would probably be a call to local Santa Rosa residents.
