My "Old Deck" Table Top Garden today
My "Old Deck" Table Top Garden today
Here are a bunch of Pictures of how my Table Top SFG is progressing 1.5 Months in.

Overview of whole garden.

Tomatillos, bush Beans, Cucumbers. I left room on the end for second and third Bean plantings.

Herb Box. Have been using a lot of the Basil. Love the stuff.

First Tomatoe box. Grape Tomatoes on right, Lettuce down the middle. planted lettuce to late so it probably wont mature well for me. Roma Tomatoes first two plants then 2 Rutgers, an early girl, Mortgage lifter, Brandy Wine, and Pinapple Tomatoe.

The Roma plants put on fruit so low, is that normal?

The Super Sweet 100's and Grape Tomatoes are setting tons of fruit. planted four plants.

Second Tomatoe bed and Pepper bed.

The peppers arn't taking off like I thought they would but maybe its just early still.

First sign of ripening fruit on one of the Grape Tomatoe clusters.

Onion, Cucumber and squash bed.

Potato bed in bloom

Rest of Garden in next post, hope I'm not boring you.

My "Old Deck" Table Top Garden today part 2
Here is the rest of my Table top SFG after a month and a half.

Asparagus, lettuce, Broccoli. probably going to move the Asparagus out of the table tops next year. either that or add another row of wood and make it deeper. any one have thoughts on this?

Strawberry box. cant wait for next year when we can harvest. Kills me to be removing all of the buds, but we will have a great crop next year.

They are sending out lots of babies.

Tomatillos are happy. Planted four plants.

Such a cute little baby cucumber.

Tomatillo and Bean box. left room on end for second and maybe third planting of beans.

My work table.

Made the top with removable boards and screen underneath for drying area after harvest.

Well there it is as of right now. I am changing my shading set up next week. in the last picture you can see the cables I am going to have my shade screen attached to. probably post new pictures of it after install.

Congrats - that looks amazing and I bet it took a lot of thinking and planning. I especially love the work table with boards that can come off and make a drying table.

I love the way you used the pvc curved up to the top of another trellis to make a shade area. I gotta do that as my shade cloth ripped to shreds in the first minor thunderstorm that blew thru. Where did you get your shade cloth and how much light does it let in.

Shade cloth was off of amazon and is 60/40 sun/shade: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01AW8RU3O/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 is what is pictured. I added my own grommets. Would not order it without grommets again. Here is what I ordered to replace that shade cloth. I am going with an overhead shade and a side shade on the west side. I hate have to move up the sunscreen every time I want to work on the bed. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B010US4P66/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008XXTIZO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Really nice job!
How are the peppers doing now?
Will the asparagus or strawberries survive the winters in a TT?

Great design & layout. You obviously put a lot of thought into it before you started.

Amazing.. what I wouldn't give for just one of those for my patio (think apartment container planting) Right now everything is on the ground and would love to elevate a few things - also make it easier on my back.
