Grapes in NC
So among all the other projects have plans to do this year, adding some grape vines is on the list, too.
I know Muscadines are native to NC and I plan to plant some of those, but I was wondering if anyone has had good success with any other varieties in NC?
Also feel free to share your pictures of your grape trellises.
Thanks in advance.

I am planning on a couple grapevines too! I have had great success and zero pest problems here with Concord.

I have Concords also but they are so new that they don't do anything yet. I was maybe I should dump some compost on them. Do you feed yours?

Re: Grapes in NC
I never did. I have clay soil. If they started as barefoot, they take 3 years-ish to produce.
