My oh my ,
That seems a bit unsafe / dodgy & expensive compared to my use of clean new bricks to support simple 2 inch thick planed flooring joist timbers laid on their sides

Re: Storing Canning Jars
The creator of this project just loves to tinker and came up with this idea, as she was running out of space. Anyone want to post photos of their storage method? I imagine some store their jars under beds in shallow plastic totes, multi-shelved storage cupboards, etc.

Whoa! That's amazing! I'm so clumsy I could see myself knocking into those and down they'd come. Mine sit in the basement on a bookshelf that I got at the dump a few years ago.sanderson wrote:http://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mason-jar-hanger

Re: Storing Canning Jars
Oh my goodness! That looks amazing. I think I would be a little wary of using a system like that, but it looks amazing. I love the combination of colors; it would look great as a display, except you're supposed to store canned foods in a dark place I love that picture with the hanging jars and then jars sitting under them on the shelf. What a great use of space.
As for my canning storage, I'm fortunate enough to have a decent sized basement and a hand-me-down metal cabinet that works perfectly for storing my jars.
When the cabinet is full, I'm usually both out of jars and out of energy to can, lol, so it's a perfect system.

Were you taking about me (kidding)? I was thinking the very same thing if I had one of those neat contraptions for holding the jars.
