Something new. Will it never end. I found these on the pepper leaves. The empty egg capsules (white) are on the under side and the black or brown hatchlings are on both sides. The leaf is sitting on a Kleenex box on the table, bare feet below. Ends of antennae are thickened, light stripe down the back with a white spot on each side of stripes. Very tiny.

I'm supposed to be outside gardening before it gets hot! But I can't help myself ...I love ID challenges.

Maybe a type of Flea Beetle?

Thanks for the suggestions. Beetle (BPSF) may be correct.
