I was doing a walk through this morning and noticed this cabbage

Agree...cabbage worms. Those little white butterflies (moths actually) lay eggs on cabbage family crops. the eggs hatch and turn into hungry caterpillars!! http://www.colostate.edu/Depts/CoopExt/4DMG/images/cabworm2.jpg

Nope, just find them and squish them. Maybe cover the cabbages with tulle. There are several back threads about cabbage worms. You can find them using the search feature on the left of your screen.

My BS are under current attack! Big time! Discovered them this morning and pulled a good 30+ off already. If I hadn't taken vacation last week, I would have taken the day off to counterstrike.
I am my gardens worst enemy.

When I grew BS, when the plants were small enough I kept them under a hoop of tulle. After that it was daily inspections, search and destroy.RoOsTeR wrote:My BS are under current attack! Big time!
