mixing ingredients
I can only find 4 of the composts & they are in varying weights & measurements.
40# of mushroom, 50# Black Cow, 1 cu ft worm castings, & 2 cu ft of cotton burr......looking for 1 more, hopefully I can find bat guano or chicken manure................but how am I suppossed to measure all this?
Can I just get 1 pail of everything on a tarp & mix?
Is it obvious I am a newbie?

Re: mixing ingredients
and yes. It is a volume measurement So start using your bucket. Doesn't matter what size it is. Mix a bucket of each of your composts together, then take one bucket of that and mix with one bucket of peat (fluffed) and one bucket of vermiculite.
