Seed Starting - How much light?
OK... Got a late start, but I am starting seeds in vermiculite under my 6 bulb grow light... no need for the heat pads anymore, I don't think.
Question: Should I keep the light on 24 hours a day until they germinate and I transplant to Mel's mix/4-packs, or should I set the timer to turn it off/on?
If need to set an off time... How long on? How long off?
Electricity is not a concern...

14-16 hours per day of light and then the wee plants need a rest.
