Are radish greens edible?
Okay, I know my ignorance is showing, but the greens are so big and lush it seems a shame to send them to the compost pile.

Look for little radish greens and be prepared for fuzz. I am not hungery enough to eat radish greens, but each to their own.

i love radish greens and grow pots of radishes strictly for the greens--sow thickly, and treat as a cut-and-come-again crop. i especially like tiny radish greens on sandwiches--it just tastes like spring to me.
Re: Are radish greens edible?
Yes they are! If you want to try something different you could make Radish Greens Soup, a bowl of that with a piece of garlic bread makes a great meal.

Thank you all for your ideas! I just kept looking at them and thinking there had to be a better way than the compost pile. I will begin trying them today!
