Last week I transplanted 4 roma tomatoes that I bought at the garden center. 3 of them are going crazy in the MM and one of them is suffering something. We got a heavy rain a few nights ago that my 8 other tomato plants seem to have loved and this one this morning is not looking so good.

The last picture is the same variety of tomato right next door for comparison. Sorry for the cell phone pictures.

Should I be worried about this Roma Tomato? Empty I wouldn't

I wouldn't be worried about it. It would have to be alot worse than that for me to worry Smile . I've had many years where I have grown Roma's and just about wrote them off as dead. Then the heat hits, they have a developed root system and they go crazy, producing a massive amount of tomatoes.

Up to you though. You have other Roma's so if you want to replace with another variety to mix it up there would be no harm in that.

WOW! Wish mine looked that good! the white spots are probably from water splash, no worries.

Thanks! This is my first year gardening so I think I'm a little paranoid! I credit the MM completely. As soon at the transplants went in they took right off, I can see the difference in them daily and some are starting to flower already. The seeds on the other hand have been difficult but maybe I'm just impatient.
