Seeing changes
Love to see how the country is becoming more conscience of food production and locally grown. http://news.yahoo.com/video/science-15749654/new-york-city-proposing-rooftop-greenhouses-for-farmers-28492112.html
Also, I found a local restaurant that focuses on serving organic, non-gmo produce, some of which they grow, local wine, and local grass fed beef and other meats. I am impressed. http://wildflowercafeandcoffeehouse.com/

Re: Seeing changes
I know there are lots of people saying go organic and such, but I love the recent trend of also going local and growing your own as well. Now I'm never going to preach at anyone who doesn't b/c I don't (heck, we eat at McDonald's once a week which is the opposite of organic), but if we all could move in that direction a little bit, we would all be better off.
